Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked)

We offer reliable and fast delivery across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • Standard Tracked Delivery (2–4 business days): from £3.45

  • Express Tracked Delivery (1-2 business days): from £9.15
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked.

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. All international orders come with full tracking.

Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. MCB Hair is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or failure to collect from the courier.

If an order is returned to us, we can:

  • Reship the item once additional shipping is paid

  • Or issue a refund excluding original shipping costs

Shipping Delays

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of Royal Mail or your local carrier. While we aim for timely delivery, shipping times are estimates only, and delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • First, check with neighbours or your local delivery office

  • Contact Royal Mail or your local postal carrier for assistance
