Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales of hair and adhesive products are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on opened or used products, except in the rare circumstances outlined below.

Patch Test & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
‘Stuck On You’ lace glue has been expertly tested on a variety of skin types and is designed to be safe for sensitive skin. However, as everyone’s skin is unique, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept this precaution.

Refunds May Be Considered Only Under the Following Conditions

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• The incorrect item was received

• The product is unopened, unused, and returned within 7–14 days of delivery

• All claims must include photo or video proof and be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Adverse Reactions & Patch Test Guidance
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of the product, particularly when patch-test instructions are not followed.

If you experience a severe reaction during a patch test please contact our support team immediately with photos of the reaction. While we generally cannot accept returns of used products due to hygiene reasons, each case will be reviewed individually.
